What is a life coach?
A life coach works closely with clients on a one-on-one basis to assist in developing attainable and manageable life goals. Coaches offer a safe environment, continued support and accountability while providing an unbiased and objective perspective to clients' worldview about themselves and life circumstances. Our Coaches at Genesis Rejuvenation Center help clients determine who they really are, what their true desires are, and what they want to achieve in life based on new perspectives developed during their coaching sessions.

about pat, the christian life coach
My passion is to equip, empower, and encourage women on their journey to self-discovery. This is a journey I have walked myself. After experiencing a devastating divorce, I found myself raising two small children as a single mother. I was left wondering who I was in all of this and where was God’s voice of comfort. What steps was I to take next? This self-walk ignited my passion to help others seeking restoration and renewal through hardship and pain. Today, I am proud to say I have happily remarried and the mother of two adult sons who are raising families of their own. My walk to self discovery was not an easy one but I made it, and so can you.
I am a Certified Life Coach and Certified Life Coach Trainer through Universal Coach Institute. In addition, I am a Certified Mental Health Advocate and Certified Mental Health Advocate Trainer through Green Heart University. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Psychology from Houston Baptist University and a Master’s degree in Christian Counseling from Houston Graduate School of Theology. In addition, I am a speaker, mentor, and published author having published my book Loving Me Back to Life “Letters to my Husband.” I am also co-author of the Businesswoman’s Bible Study. In my spare time, you will find me snagging great bargains as a thrifty shopper, eating at my favorite restaurants (because I love to eat), volunteering in my community, spending time with family and just enjoying life.
If you’re ready for a breakthrough, we’re here to help you get over those stumbling blocks and reveal the calling and purpose God has assigned to you. Your mission is not over, it has just been postponed.
